HOW VALUABLE IS OUR EMOTIONAL HEALTH AND WELL BEING?

Everyone thinks of changing the world, but no one thinks of changing himself’.
Leo Tolstoy

Why is it that we spend vast amounts of money and time on our external appearance but pay very little attention to, or entirely ignore, our emotional well-being? Some of us will go to extraordinary lengths to change our appearance, perhaps believing that if we look OK on the outside then we might make ourselves feel better on the inside.

In fact the cosmetic surgery and fashion industries spend billions of dollars each year making sure we believe that the way we look is more important than the way we feel.

Perhaps buying a new outfit or a pair of shoes, having botox injections or breast implants might make us feel good for a day or a week, but why do we believe we have to change our appearance or wear the latest outfit to be somebody or to impress others?

When we remove the clothes and the uncomfortable shoes, and the botox starts wearing off, we are still left with who we were before; and what do we believe about the person we see reflected back to us in the mirror?

With depression, fear, addictions and mental illness becoming more and more endemic in today’s society and the latest alarming World Health Organisation statistics revealing that there are over 185 million people worldwide who are depressed,or have alcohol and drug addictions and eating disorders– are we truly addressing the real problems by dressing ourselves up in Armani suits or carrying a Gucci handbag?

We are three sisters who for the past twelve years have been developing, refining and using, with extraordinary success, a unique self-improvement process we have called the Negative Belief Removal (NBR) process.

Several years ago we began using the NBR process on a one-to-one basis with people suffering from emotional issues such as low self-esteem and poor self-confidence,depression, addictions, unmanageable anger, anxiety, panic attacks, chronic phobias, and long term sickness, which led our clients to remarkable changes in a very short time.

In fact, we have found that the NBR process, used regularly for a period of around 6-12 months has completely removed depression for many of our clients. Due to the incredible success of this process, five years ago we established a business called ‘Beyond Belief Personal Development’ built entirely on referrals from our past clients.

Not only does the NBR process remove depression, it rebuilds self-esteem and self -confidence and clears anger, addictions and phobias, helping people become calmer, and happier. Another extraordinary benefit of this process is that it is so simple it can be used by anyone. In the past four years we have worked with clients from ten to seventy-two years old with great success.

Our aim is to help people understand that it is not what is visible on the outside that counts, but how, by removing negative beliefs we can learn to like and accept ourselves as we are and stop buying into the global belief that how we look is all that matters.
